Unpaginated. Large book with 124 works catalogued and illustrated in black and white. Among the artists represented: Vollon, Corot, Th. De Bock, Th. Rousseau, Th. Ribot, Troyon, Corot, Courbet, Delacroix, Israëls, Jongkind, Maris, Mesdag, and Millet and many others. In brown cloth binding with gilt title to front board and spine. Front board has a few marks but is in a very good condition, with minimal handling. Back board has more marks / stains. Pages rough cut. Front free endpapers have foxing. Frontis portrait, and tissue. All other plates also have tissue and most are in a very good condition, with just the odd spot of foxing. At the rear there is damp which affects the last two plates and the final pages. This is apparent in the photographs. 460 by 360mm (18 by 14¼ inches). first edition Non paginé. Le panneau avant a quelques marques mais est en très bon état, avec une manipulation minimale. Le panneau arrière a plus de marques/taches. Pages dégrossies. Les pages de garde libres avant ont des rousseurs. Portrait de Frontis, et tissus. Toutes les autres plaques ont également du tissu et la plupart sont en très bon état, avec juste quelques rousseurs. A l'arrière il y a de l'humidité qui affecte les deux dernières planches et les dernières pages. Cela se voit sur les photographies. 460 par 360 mm
