In original gilt boards but ex University Library with evidence (and cancellation stamp). The spine edges are badly rubbed with some detachment on the rear board of the backstrip. The endpapers may not be original. Library number at base of spine. Library evidence is minimal internally with a neat stamp at the base of the title page The map which is clean and complete but is oin two halves , having separated at the horizontal crease. This is a poor copy but complete of this classic work - well worth repairing and priced accordingly.
